Hello everybody! I'm really excited about this week. This is the first of 4 videos of my U2 - Songs of Experience week. This song is an absolute masterpiece both musically and bassline wise. Adam is really tearing it up in this song. I'm not too sure if I ever heard him play in Drop D before, but those open D's suit the song so well. I tried to make sure this cover was as accurate as possible. There may be some discrepancies during the second part of the song, I found it really difficult to make out some of his fills, but I tried my very, very best.
The lighting isn't the best either, but it's the best I could get from my camera given the gray and gloomy winter circumstances.
